These Terms & Conditions govern your use of railingmax.com, any quote request you submit, and our SMS messaging program. The site is operated by Railing Max LLC, doing business as Railing Max.
By using this site or submitting a request, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
You must be 18 years or older to use this website, submit a quote request, enter into an agreement with Railing Max LLC, or opt in to our SMS messaging program. This site is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Submitting a form on this site is a request for information. It does not create a contract and does not reserve production capacity.
Railing Max operates an SMS program to communicate with customers and prospective customers about their projects.
| Program name | Railing Max |
| Message types | Quote follow-up, appointment and field-measurement scheduling, project and installation updates, customer service replies, and — where you have separately agreed — occasional promotional messages. |
| How to opt in | By providing your mobile number on a form on this site and checking the consent box, by texting us first, or by giving verbal consent to a member of our team. |
| Message frequency | Varies. Frequency depends on the stage and activity of your project. |
| Cost | Message and data rates may apply. These are charged by your mobile carrier, not by us. |
| To stop | Reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages. |
| To get help | Reply HELP, email [email protected], or call (407) 412-5421. |
| Supported carriers | Major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. |
| Age requirement | You must be 18 years or older to opt in to the Railing Max SMS program. We do not knowingly send messages to anyone under 18. |
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You do not have to agree to receive text messages in order to request a quote, receive an estimate, or hire Railing Max.
How we handle your mobile information is set out in our Privacy Policy. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
Fabrication and installation work is governed by the written agreement signed by you and Railing Max for your specific project. Payment terms, schedule, scope, change orders and warranty terms are set out in that agreement, not on this website. Where this page and a signed agreement differ, the signed agreement controls.
Railing Max supplies structural engineering and shop drawings. Permit filing is the responsibility of the owner or general contractor unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
Renderings, 3D visualisations and concept images produced by our tools or shown on this site represent design intent. They are not fabrication drawings. Materials, finishes, dimensions and hardware are confirmed on approved shop drawings following field verification. Colour and finish appearance varies between screens and real materials.
All content on this site — text, photography, video, renderings, drawings, logos and design — is owned by Railing Max or used under licence. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from it without our written permission.
Drawings and specifications we prepare for your project remain our intellectual property and are provided for that project only.
By uploading plans or drawings you confirm you have the right to share them with us, and you grant us permission to use them for the purpose of quoting and delivering your project.
This site may link to other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
This site and its content are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding the site, including accuracy, availability and fitness for a particular purpose. This does not limit any warranty expressly given in a signed project agreement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Railing Max is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
