This Privacy Policy explains how Railing Max LLC, doing business as Railing Max ("Railing Max", "we", "us"), collects, uses and protects information you provide through railingmax.com, our quote forms, our phone lines and our SMS messaging program.
We are a Florida licensed contractor fabricating and installing custom staircases and architectural railing. We collect information for one reason: to quote, design, fabricate and install work for you, and to stay in touch about it.
We do not collect payment card details through this website.
If you provide your mobile number and opt in, we may send you text messages about your quote, your project schedule, appointment reminders and, where you have agreed to it, occasional promotional messages.
You must be 18 years or older to opt in.
Full messaging terms are set out in our Terms & Conditions.
We use cookies to keep the site working correctly and to understand how visitors use it. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work properly if you do.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, and only so far as they need it to do that work:
We may also disclose information where required by law, or to establish or defend a legal claim.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Mobile opt-in data is used solely to deliver the messages you asked us to send.
We keep project and contact records for as long as needed to serve you, to honour warranty obligations, and to meet contractor licensing, insurance and tax record-keeping requirements. When a record is no longer needed for those purposes, we delete it or render it anonymous.
Deleting your information may mean we can no longer support a warranty claim, because we will no longer hold the record of what was built.
We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Our services are directed to adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
