Effective September 9, 2026 · Railing Max · Florida Licensed Contractor #CBC1270705

This Privacy Policy explains how Railing Max LLC, doing business as Railing Max ("Railing Max", "we", "us"), collects, uses and protects information you provide through railingmax.com, our quote forms, our phone lines and our SMS messaging program.

We are a Florida licensed contractor fabricating and installing custom staircases and architectural railing. We collect information for one reason: to quote, design, fabricate and install work for you, and to stay in touch about it.

1. Information We Collect

Information you give us

  • Contact details — name, email address, phone number.
  • Project details — project location, the systems you are interested in, whether you are a homeowner, builder, developer or architect, project scope, budget range and desired timeline.
  • Files you upload — architectural plans or drawings you choose to attach to a quote request.
  • Anything you write to us — notes in a form, an email, or a text message.

Information collected automatically

  • Which page of our site you submitted a request from.
  • Standard technical data your browser sends, such as IP address, browser type and device type.
  • Cookies and similar technologies used to operate the site and measure how it performs.

We do not collect payment card details through this website.

2. How We Use It

  • To prepare and send you a quote, proposal or drawing set.
  • To contact you about your project by phone, email or text message.
  • To schedule field measurement, fabrication and installation.
  • To answer questions and provide support before, during and after a project.
  • To improve our website and understand which pages help people most.
  • To meet legal, licensing, insurance and record-keeping obligations.

3. Text Messaging (SMS)

If you provide your mobile number and opt in, we may send you text messages about your quote, your project schedule, appointment reminders and, where you have agreed to it, occasional promotional messages.

How you opt in

  • By entering your mobile number on a form on this website and checking the consent box.
  • By texting us first.
  • By giving verbal consent to a member of our team.

You must be 18 years or older to opt in.

What that means

  • Consent is never a condition of purchase. You do not have to agree to receive texts in order to get a quote or hire us.
  • Message frequency varies depending on your project.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for help, or call us on (407) 412-5421.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Full messaging terms are set out in our Terms & Conditions.

4. Cookies

We use cookies to keep the site working correctly and to understand how visitors use it. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work properly if you do.

5. Who We Share Information With

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, and only so far as they need it to do that work:

  • Our CRM and communications platform (GoHighLevel / LeadConnector) — stores your contact record and sends our email and SMS.
  • File storage (Cloudinary) — holds plans and drawings you upload.
  • Website analytics — measures site performance in aggregate.
  • Engineers and fabrication partners — only where your project requires it, and only the project information needed to do the work.

We may also disclose information where required by law, or to establish or defend a legal claim.

6. Mobile Information Is Never Shared

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Mobile opt-in data is used solely to deliver the messages you asked us to send.

7. How Long We Keep It

We keep project and contact records for as long as needed to serve you, to honour warranty obligations, and to meet contractor licensing, insurance and tax record-keeping requirements. When a record is no longer needed for those purposes, we delete it or render it anonymous.

8. Your Choices

  • Email — click unsubscribe in any marketing email.
  • Text messages — reply STOP.
  • Access, correction or deletion — email [email protected] and we will respond as required by applicable law. We may need to verify your identity first.

Deleting your information may mean we can no longer support a warranty claim, because we will no longer hold the record of what was built.

9. Security

We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children

Our services are directed to adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
