Most staircases pass through four companies before anyone stands on them — a designer, an engineer, a fabricator, an installer. We are all four. That is the entire reason this company exists.
The staircase is the most visible structure in the house.
It is also the one most often handed down a subcontractor chain. The designer specifies something. An engineer adapts it. A fabricator builds close to the drawing. An installer makes it fit. Every handoff is a place for the intent to quietly degrade — and by the time anyone notices, nobody owns the problem.
Railing Max was built to remove those handoffs. We produce the structural engineering and shop drawings, fabricate the stringers, treads and hardware in our own shop, and install with our own qualified crew.
That structure is why we can quote from an itemized specification instead of a square-foot guess, and why when something needs to be solved on site there is one company to call rather than four pointing at each other.
We work statewide across Florida — the Orlando, Tampa, Miami and Jacksonville metros, plus the coastal and luxury markets from Naples and Boca Grande to Palm Beach, Bal Harbour, the Keys and the 30A corridor. Our shop and office is in Orlando.

Engineering
Structural drawings produced for your exact opening — span, load path, anchorage and guard compliance. Signed and sealed where the jurisdiction requires it, including coastal and High-Velocity Hurricane Zone wind-load work.
Shop Drawings
We prepare and submit the documentation the building department actually asks for, including product approval where required. It is not an add-on service; it is part of the job.
Fabrication
Stringers, treads, glass and hardware built to the approved drawing in our own Orlando shop — never adapted from stock kit parts to save a step.
